What paper and print quality do you use?

All our botanical art prints are produced using high-quality archival inks on premium heavyweight paper, chosen to bring out the finest detail in every illustration. Our stationery, including cards and envelopes, is printed on carefully selected stocks that feel as beautiful as they look.

Do you offer framing?

Our prints are currently sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that perfectly suits your space and style. Our prints are sized to fit standard frame sizes for your convenience.

What are your delivery times and costs?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once dispatched. Delivery is Free to the UK only.  Please contact us for international delivery costs and delivery times.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We work with a number of wholesale partners and would love to hear from you. If you're interested in stocking Botanicus products, please get in touch via our Contact Us page with details about your business and we'll be happy to discuss options.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your Botanicus purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return. Get in touch via our Contact Us page and we'll do our best to help.
